New Empress review: Billy Liar
Celebrating its 50th birthday, John Schlesinger's Billy Liar is due for an anniversary DVD/Blu-ray release in May. The adaptation of Keith Waterhouse's novel, starring Tom Courtenay, is the focus of my latest review for New Empress Magazine.
